Operating details

Clear coverage and automatic transition

Every new order is recorded under exactly one billing model; the same order is never charged by both.
Subscription expiry alone does not close the store or delete its data. Subscription benefits continue through grace, then new orders return to commission and operating-balance requirements apply.
Continued store visibility does not guarantee unrestricted checkout; orders may be affected by insufficient operating balance or outstanding financial obligations.

Who is monthly subscription suitable for?

It is suitable for stores with regular or higher eligible sales that prefer a predictable monthly platform cost and zero commission on covered new orders.

Will my store close if I do not renew the subscription?

The store does not close because of subscription expiry alone. Subscription coverage continues during grace. After grace, new orders return to commission billing and operating-balance conditions apply.

What happens during the grace period?

Subscription coverage remains valid, and covered new orders stay commission-free. Adding sufficient balance can complete renewal automatically during the grace period.

What happens after the grace period?

Subscription coverage ends and new orders automatically return to commission billing.

Will I lose my store data?

Subscription expiry does not delete store data. This page does not promise a retention period not stated in platform policy.

Can I receive new orders after subscription expiry?

Yes, when the account meets commission-model requirements, has sufficient operating balance, and has no financial restriction preventing checkout.

Can I process existing orders?

Yes, unless the order or account is restricted because of pending commission or insufficient operating balance.

Can I move between commission and subscription?

You can activate subscription after meeting its requirements and settling previous obligations. When coverage ends, new orders automatically return to commission billing.

Are Egypt and Saudi Arabia prices different?
